The crabs are specially prepared in eight cooking styles topped with fresh ingredients and spices by master chef, Lee Ho Boon.
The true sweetness of the crabs is best savoured steamed in Chef Ho Boon´s traditional sauce.
Or if a taste of spicy is what you like, we do recommend you try the Hot & Sour Sri Lankan Crabs served with Handmade Buns or the Thai-style Baked Sri Lankan Crabs with Glass Noodle in Clay Pot.
Besides that, there are also the Baked Sri Lankan Crab with Rock Salt and Szechuan Pepper Corn, Pan-fried Sri Lankan Crabmeat with Egg White and much more.
