Celebrity Chef Ismail will be putting his special touch to the buffet spread by showcasing his signature dishes such as, Nasi Kerabu Ulam, Gulai Daging Darat and Lompat Tikam, specially picked from recipes in his latest DVD called Delicious Malay Cuisine.
Additionally, there will be more than 90 authentic ´Kampung´ favourites from various States and must-try appetising dishes from the buffet and live cooking stalls, such as Ikan Bakar Pak Raja, Rendang Kambing Serai, Ayam Kasturi, Keledek Masak Lemak Pucuk Manis and Kerabu Belimbing Buluh Dengan Ikan, as well as a whole Barbecued Lamb marinated with chef´s special sauces.
