Kuih Sepang kukus which are easy to make at home. The ingredients are easily available and the method is also simple.
Ingredients
Filling:
1 grated coconut
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups castor sugar
3 pandan leaves
Dough:
1 packet glutinous rice flour
Coconut milk from one coconut
Salt

Method
1. Add salt and a bit of coconut milk to the glutinous rice flour. Mix well.
2. To prepare the filling, mix all the ingredients in a pan and cook over a gentle low heat until it turns golden brown.
3. Shape the glutinous rice flour mixture a la curry puff shells and put filling in the centre.
4. Place the kuih in a steamer and top with the remaining coconut milk. Steam until cooked and serve.
